Anointed

Anointed is a two-track devotional EP by spiritual teacher and recording artist Kyle Gray, created as an offering of prayer, presence, and peace.

The EP features two sacred renditions. Ave Maria presents the Hail Mary prayer sung in Latin, interwoven with a spoken-word recitation in English. Hallelujah offers a contemplative chant-style interpretation, layered with a spoken-word delivery of the Lord’s Prayer. Together, the tracks blend ancient Christian prayer with a modern, meditative soundscape.

Musically, Anointed weaves harmonium with subtle electronic textures, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and intimate. Produced in collaboration with Bob Rafferty, the EP is designed to be listened to as a prayerful experience rather than a performance.

At its heart, Anointed is rooted in Kyle Gray’s deep devotion to Christ and the Blessed Mother Mary, whose presence has been central to his personal healing journey. The intention of the EP is to offer the light of Christ — understood here as unconditional love — and the gentle, maternal support of Mary to anyone seeking comfort, reassurance, or spiritual companionship.
