Our Healing and Guidance Circle is a special quarterly live call created to support your own mystical connection with the angels and deepen your discernment.
We’ll begin with clearing and protection work, calling on the angels to help us release anything that may be weighing upon us. Together, we’ll take time to disconnect from emotional tangles, draining energies, old stories, fears, or patterns that may be clouding our judgement or preventing us from progressing spiritually.
This is not about rejecting parts of ourselves or others, but about creating space. Space to become more present. Space to return to our own centre. Space to let go of anything that is no longer ours to carry.
From there, we’ll move into a moment of tuning in — consciously welcoming the angels into the space and allowing ourselves to become more aware of their loving presence.
We’ll then open in prayer, bringing to the divine anything that we have been feeling overwhelmed by, burdened by, or in need of support with. Together, we’ll create space to lay these things down, so that we can feel held, supported, and accompanied.
From there, we’ll enter into a longer moment of contemplation.
This is our opportunity not simply to ask the angels for signs or answers, but to allow ourselves to be received by them.
This is what the mystics did.
They did not approach the angels with endless lists of questions or search constantly for certainty. They learned to befriend the angels. They learned to sit in their presence, to listen, to open, and to allow themselves to be loved. This is what Saint Teresa of Ávila meant when she said:
“For prayer is nothing else than being on terms of friendship with God.”
Our angels help us close the gap and distance we can sometimes feel between ourselves and God. They remind us that we are not alone, abandoned, or separate from the divine.
Through their presence, we begin to realise that our Divine Parent longs to be part of our journey — to walk beside us, guide us, comfort us, and be in relationship with us. The angels help us recognise that heaven is not far away, but closer than we realise, waiting to meet us in the openness of our hearts.
And through that genuine connection, everything we truly need — guidance, healing, reassurance, direction, and often far more than we expected — is given naturally.
There will be time to journal any guidance or insight you receive, space to offer up your prayers and intentions, and an opportunity to sit in a sacred community with others who are also opening to the angels.
Even though we may not be together in the same physical space, there is something powerful that happens when we gather prayerfully and openly with a shared intention. Together, we create a sacred container that allows us to feel held, supported, and encouraged to deepen. By opening alongside one another, we strengthen not only our own connection, but the connection of the whole community.
I will also answer pre-submitted questions from members around spiritual practice, discernment, mystical connection, and any challenges that can arise along the spiritual path. Rather than watching a few people receive, this circle is designed so that everyone can participate.
This circle is designed to be both deeply nourishing and deeply practical. You’ll leave not only having experienced the presence of the angels, but with reflections, guidance, and practices that you can continue to work with in your everyday life.
This is your opportunity to sit with the angels, deepen your relationship with them, and not only receive from their presence, but allow yourself to be received.
