In this training, we’ll begin by discovering who the angels are and understanding their purpose. Together, we’ll explore how angels have appeared in spiritual traditions all over the world and why so many people feel naturally drawn to them.

You’ll learn about the role of your guardian angel, how this loving spiritual companion is believed to walk alongside you throughout your life, and how you can begin developing a more conscious relationship with them.

We’ll also strip back the idea that an angel is simply a winged being from religious artwork and return to the true meaning of the word angel: “messenger of God.” You’ll discover that angels love to communicate with us and are constantly seeking ways to support, guide, protect, and encourage us.

Throughout this workshop, we’ll explore:

• How your angels get in touch
• The different ways angels can help and support you
• Why signs are often invitations to open up more deeply to spiritual connection
• How to recognise when your guardian angel is near

During the training, you’ll also be guided through a simple but powerful practice called “My Angel,” designed to help you consciously welcome your angel closer into your life and spiritual practice.

You’ll also be introduced to the “Thank You Angels” method — a gentle yet transformative approach to prayer that helps you become more receptive to spiritual support through gratitude, trust, and certainty.

This training is the perfect starting point if you’re new to angels, but it’s also a beautiful opportunity to refresh and deepen your connection if your spirituality has been feeling a little distant or stale.
