My spiritual path has taken many detours over the years. I’ve always known my angels were with me, even when I tried not to pay attention. My background is in fitness, and with over 70 years of life experience, I’ve seen the industry change in remarkable ways. I’m a certified Boxing Coach and trainer, and together with my husband, we ran a successful and vibrant boxing club.
Eventually, a series of knee surgeries guided me toward the healing art of Reiki and my now best friend and mentor, Fiona Newman: Irish Mystic and Spiritual Counselor—and everything shifted. Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher opened the door to a deeper spiritual path, and I’ve never looked back.
One of my favorite courses has been Angel Card Mastery with Kyle Gray. My cards are never far from me! I’m also a Certified Crystal Energy Guide and Certified Angel Guide, and I’ve continued to study and integrate many more healing and intuitive modalities, which you’ll find detailed on my website.
