For many years I worked in the public health field, and the one thing I found missing in my career was a focus on the spiritual path. Over and over I saw people and communities trying to make healthy & healing choices, but they also wanted something with deeper meaning…something more powerful that honored their inner wisdom and search for truth, connection, and joy.
That’s why I started my business called Spirits Up. I provide spiritual inspiration and uplifting support through intuitive sessions. I am certified in Advanced Angel Card Mastery through Angel Team, I’m a certified Crystal Energy Guide, a Certified Angel Guide, and a founding member of Raise Your Vibration, which helps me maintain my daily meditation practice and help others do the same.
I love meeting clients “where they’re at” and individualizing each session based on the person, their soul, and what spirit reveals for them. It's the "job" that doesn't feel like a job because I love it so much.
